As soon as an inventor inquiry is entered into The Matching Program, it is also entered into The Marketplace: a list of attorneys who have registered to provide patent counsel services at reduced rates. Instead of waiting for the matching process to run its course, this enables attorneys to contact an inventor they can assist. Because the process of matching attorneys with inventors can be slow, The Marketplace helps ensure that we can find a match as quickly as possible.
